And it should be included in one of those anthologies of little humorous stories. It's that good!
i was toying with extending it so that it became a huge viral international thing of vermin based sabotage but I did actually have to do some work today and it seemed a good place to stop. glad you think it was funny. the croutons line was my favourite. i sniggered at my own joke. i know that's self indulgent.
I always snigger at my own jokes. Partly why I love writing them. We should definitely be self-indulgent because it's good for us.
You should do more writing at work - instead of work lol. I hope you didn't get in trouble.
One of my favourite lines, or descriptions, rather, was when Debs got caught in the pigeon storm and you suggested it was like a strobe effect. That was really quite cool.
But there were so many great lines in this one. More please!
Yeah - those books are so re-readable. And funny every time. It's partly that kind of humour where you are expecting the joke and you know what's coming and start sniggering before you even get there.
